Return and Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Items

​

Most products are custom-printed upon ordering. As is standard with made-to-order goods, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of preference

  • Ordering the wrong color or product by mistake

 

Please review sizing charts and product details before ordering.

 

2. When We WILL Replace or Refund

 

We will replace or refund an item if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing or print defect

  • You received the wrong item or size relative to the order

  • The package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

 

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or last expected shipping date if undelivered)

  • Provide photos of the item, defect, and packaging

3. What Is Not Eligible

 

We cannot issue returns or refunds for:

  • Size/fit issues (unless the item received differs from your order)

  • Minor color variances (normal due to monitors, fabric, and ink)

  • Normal wear and tear or user damage

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once you pay the new shipping cost.

 

4. Exchanges

 

Because items are custom-fulfilled, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your order qualifies due to a defect, we will replace the item.

Otherwise, a new order must be placed.

 

5. Lost Packages

 

If tracking never shows delivery and the carrier confirms a loss, we will replace or refund the order.

6. "Delivered" but Not Received

 

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but not received:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and the carrier

  • Verify delivery address

 

Replacements for "delivered" packages are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

 

Once production begins, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed.

8. Return Location

 

Do not send items back to our business address.
 

If a return is authorized, we will provide the correct return facility address based on the

product supplier.

9. EU / UK Consumer Rights

​

Because our products are custom-made, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the product is defective.

 

Statutory rights still apply to faulty goods.
